Company Profile

Message from the CEO

Synergy between machines and humans
Aiming to "realize next-generation translation functions"

Kodensha Co., Ltd. Representative Director

When I joined the company in the 1990s, translation software was a niche product for some users. Time has passed, and now the world's largest IT companies have entered the field, which has attracted the attention and attention of the world, and I am deeply moved.

The need for translation software is increasing, and at the same time, the number of companies entering the market is increasing, and competition is increasing. In today's world where technology is evolving at an overwhelming speed, what kind of products can we bring to the world? And what kind of human resources can be produced into the world? As we face these propositions, we will reaffirm the heavy responsibility of being appointed President and CEO. And I also feel the elation of taking on that heavy responsibility.

Nowadays, translation software is also required to work with handwriting input, speech recognition, and speech synthesis. Due to the nature of our business, we have partnered with well-known overseas companies and research institutes, and fortunately, we have an environment in place where we can procure technologies that we have not developed ourselves regardless of national borders. We will continue to discover excellent technologies from other countries and aim to create synergies by combining them with our own technologies.

Based on the determination that "technology is life, people are treasures" and "the second founding is the work of our employees", we will work together as a company to develop products and services that will be useful to everyone.
