-Please tell us about the challenges you were facing before introducing My Site Translation.
As inbound demand increases, we are considering posting menu and store information for foreign customers,
We had a challenge in creating a new multi-lingual website, as it was difficult to update the website continuously.

We did not have a system in place to develop foreign language pages using the current Japanese pages.

We started to examine this issue around 2015.

-What specific benefits have you seen?
We believe that this was effective both quantitatively and qualitatively. Since we could have the Japanese pages automatically translated based on the Japanese pages, we were able to significantly compress the maintenance and management work.
Furthermore, since the system can also reflect manual translation, we were able to respond flexibly to individual requests and emergency responses.
-Have you been able to solve your issues?
We are now able to respond to foreign-language pages in conjunction with updates to Japanese-language pages.
In addition, we were able to hide pages not subject to translation and display foreign-language images, which we believe solved the problem.

While the automatic translation covers most of the translation work, the manual translation (*) also provides excellent support. We have been able to operate the system without any reports of problems.
